Marshon Kincy: Leading Global Affairs

Marshon Kincy, Deputy Chief of Staff of Global Affairs for Black Wall Street USA, is one of the key leaders shaping the movement’s international coordination, diplomacy, and global growth. His work ensures that the President’s vision for Black economic empowerment is carried out with clarity and consistency across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, and every region where Black Wall Street USA operates.

Mr. Kincy serves as the main link between international directors, regional councils, and the national executive team. He works closely with Chief of Staff Nathan A. Dailey and National President and Founder Dr. Michael E. Carter Sr. Through his steady communication and leadership, he keeps all international chapters connected, informed, and aligned with the organization’s national mission of economic independence, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth for people of African descent.

In his role, Mr. Kincy navigates the cultural, political, and economic differences that naturally come with leading a global network. He helps unify the perspectives and goals of international chapters while supporting local leaders as they address their region’s unique economic needs. His guidance strengthens accountability, operational consistency, and professional excellence across the entire global structure.

He also directs major international initiatives, including trade partnerships, diaspora investment programs, cross-border entrepreneurship efforts, and global economic forums. He plays a leading role in planning international conferences and summits that bring together chapters, government bodies, and strategic partners. Under his leadership, these events become meaningful platforms for planning, collaboration, and opportunity rather than simple ceremonies. His diplomatic approach has helped elevate the organization’s presence and credibility on the world stage.

Within the Office of the President, Mr. Kincy makes sure every chapter has the tools, resources, and training needed to operate effectively. He establishes systems for leadership development, operational planning, and reporting that support transparency and unity. When challenges appear, whether administrative, logistical, or cultural, he provides direct support that keeps every region focused and strong.
